Recovering ladies man, Owen Wilson, looks likes he’s feeding off a good dose of British eye-candy to continue his recovery from a reported depression.

Wilson, who has been linked to a reunion with ex-girlfriend Kate Hudson and more recently to a model known as Le Call, was spotted wining and dining former EastEnders success story, Michelle Ryan.

Ryan, who has hit the Hollywood big time in her roll as a cyborg in NBC’s cult ‘Bionic Woman’ series, rendezvoused the shaggy ‘Wedding Crashers’ actor at Malibu’s exclusive Nobu eatery.

Sources close to Wilson say he’s drawn to Ryan’s ‘innocence’ and ‘British sense of humour’.

The insider said: ‘Michelle’s one of the few women in Hollywood who looks like herself and hasn’t had loads of work done. She’s refreshingly natural.’

‘She’s also pretty innocent about how this whole town works, which Owen finds endearing. And then there’s that British sense of humour.’

Maybe the 39-year-old, who was branded suicidal back in August after being raced to A&E, was instead using his famous charm to cheer Michelle up.

The 23-year-old, known for playing gobby Zoe Slater in the BBC soap, has been benched on the Hollywood sidelines during America’s writers strike. Ryan also received a further threat to her Hollywood dream after viewing figures for her initially popular series dramatically fell by half earlier this month.
