Someone was carted off from Amy Winehouse’s place on Tuesday — and for once it wasn’t Amy!

Police were called to Winehouse’s London home after her pal Kristian Marr, who is a bassist in the British punk group Towers of London, broke in and crashed on the floor of her garage at 2 AM. You are who your friends are!

After being searched, Marr — who has been linked to Jude Law’s ex Sadie Frost — was taken to the police station.
