At a glance you could be forgiven for not recognising this usually toned celebrity. But when onlookers spotted an emaciated Colin Farrell in Spain they were shocked by his visibly altered frame. With sunken cheeks, and knobbly chicken legs protruding through his trousers you could almost mistake the Hollywood star for a malnourished tramp…

There was speculation as to whether Farrell had shed the pounds for his new film role, currently being shot in southern Spain. The movie will see the actor star as a traumatised Bosnian war photographer. Film role aside, we just hope he makes a swift departure from this gaunt look and brings back those toned pecs that we have all come to know and love.
