MILLIONAIRE BALTHAZAR GETTY announced yesterday he has split from his wife after pictures of him kissing SIENNA MILLER were splashed worldwide.

Getty, 33, said photos of him cavorting with the topless actress on holiday in Italy devastated wife Rosetta.

He said in a statement: “In the light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the internet which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that yes, indeed, my wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further.”

He said it has also been traumatic for his four kids.

The statement added: “The breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience especially when children are involved.”

Snogging

Getty left Rosetta at home with their eight-month-old girl to holiday with Sienna, 26, on Italy’s Amalfi coast earlier this month.

The couple were pictured hugging and snogging aboard a boat.

Rosetta, 37, fled the family home in LA when her husband’s romance hit the headlines.

Factory Girl star Sienna recently split from Welsh actor RHYS IFANS, who is still heartbroken over the break-up.

Getty, heir to a £25billion oil fortune, made his name as a child actor in 1990 film Lord of the Flies.

He was introduced to Sienna through her ex-love MATTHEW RHYS who he stars with in US hit sitcom Brothers and Sisters.

Sienna was once engaged to Brit film heart-throb JUDE LAW but their relationship ended after it was revealed he slept with his children’s nanny Daisy Wright.
