Painting Female Nude
Nude art on vehicles - legal?
I am planning to paint a mural surreal in my car to include a very stylish and tasteful female nude. Since it is mostly a black and white and she's almost hard to see in the design of the arch do not consider myself in any way pornographic. Does anyone know if this would be legal to paint on my car? This is a surrealistic murals, including gears, vines, eyes, etc - women are very subtle - is the work of art, not a lewd exhibition. I doubt that any reasonable person would feel offended by it, I'm only interested in their legality. I suppose I could paint a vine through it or something, but it seems silly compromise my art and subject to dirty-minded people, if not illegal.
No, it is not. If you want to paint naked women do at home. No need to put in your car, so when you drive around in front of young children, they see it. You're a pervert for wanting even young children show an image of a naked woman, either "in good taste and stylish" or not.
